We want you to love your Youtooz collectibles and apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our warehouse.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your item in its original collector's box and outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Processing and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
